| Terms and Agreements |
‣ The Artist reserves the right to reject any requests for Artworks for any reason. The Artist is not required to provide any explanations for these rejections.‣ If the Client desires for the Artwork to be completed at a specific deadline, the Client MUST make this clear to the Artist before the conclusion of the Preliminary Discussion. If the Client fails to notify the Artist of this specific deadline before the conclusion of the Preliminary Discussion, the Artist shall NOT be held responsible for any inconveniencing or frustrating outcomes.‣ In the event where the Artist experiences situations/circumstances/unexpected events outside of the Artist’s control that causes the interference of the process of creating the Artwork or the delivery of the Artwork to the Client. The Artist shall notify the Client as soon as the Artist is aware of the event and its influence on the procedure.‣ If the Client incurs any additional big changes after the first revision, there is a limit of three changes max. (Pose, Clothing, etc.) Any further changes past the three chances will be charged with 5USD.‣ In the event where the Artist has already completed the Artwork within a reasonable time-period and, the Client wishes to cancel the transaction at the time. The Client WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.‣ The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, used for AI, or any purpose without the Artist’s explicit written consent.‣ You are allowed to post my art in your social media, (credit is not necessary but really appreciated), but please do not claim my work as done by yourself and do not use / sell my art commercially or in NFT sites. The license of my works is for Personal Use.‣ For Commercial Use, there will be a different payment agreeded with the Client, usually triple of the agreeded price. I retain copyright‣ The Artist accepts both full payment and half payment: Full upfront payment refers to the method of payment, where the Client shall pay the full price of the Artwork after the conclusion of the Preliminary Discussion.‣ Half payments refer to the method of payment, where the Client shall pay in two installments to the Artist. The first installment shall be paid after the conclusion of the Preliminary Discussion, and the second installment shall be made after the conclusion of the Artwork.‣ All payments will be made through digital, contactless transfer.
